Impromptu 'Writers' Dinner' at the Lake

Just finished a delightful writers' evening at LindaK's house at SML. LindaK's buddy Ginny Brock is in for a couple of days and we had dinner (I cooked) and great conversation.

LindaK and Ginny are both over 60 and have written four novels each. I'm on my second novel, so there was a lot to discuss.

Ginny is a South African with a fascinating personal story (she was raised by a Zulu nanny, among other things), so the conversation crackled.

Fun evening and my cooking earned the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval from both ladies.
